This template goes at the top of pages and helps distinguish titles from similarly named pages. The parameters are as follows:

• pagesubject — Used to describe the contents of the page the reader is currently on. This should be brief, usually in games context says the name of developer, console, and/or year.
• subject1 — Used to describe the contents of the page the reader might be anticipating to go to.
• page1 — Name of page being linked to. This will link automatically.

Optionally, there are parameters for subject2 and page2, and subject3 and page3 respectively. Any more than three distinguishing characters likely should become a disambiguation pages.
